Systems for calling waiters enable customers to call a waiter to their table, right from the table, with the aid of a special console. All systems for calling a waiter, sold and installed by the company, are based on a wireless solution. These are low-current devices which operate in a public frequency. Once a button or buttons on the table’s console have been pushed, the corresponding number of the table is displayed on the screen. The consoles of the TCS-01-35 and TCS-02-70 systems for calling waiters are equipped with four buttons: service, drink, bill and cancel. The screen is installed in a location where it is easily visible to the waiters, allowing them to react quickly to the customer’s call.

The screens of the TCS-01-35 and TCS-02-70 systems for calling waiters can display the numbers of all tables simultaneously and distinguish between three different services (service, drink, and bill). The waiter distinguishes the customer’s request from the screen by the colour of the displayed number. If a customer requests more than one service, the colour of the number on the screen alternates. Both systems allow for additional screens to be added, if necessary (e.g. if many floors have to be serviced). The screens are equipped with an external UPS, which prevents any possible damage to the device or to its settings caused by power interruptions or fluctuations. In buildings where the material on walls, floors or ceilings dampens the signal, it is possible to install one or many signal repeaters. In favourable conditions, the signal transmitted from the console extends up to 200 metres. The TCS-01-35 and TCS-02-70 systems for calling waiters are easy to set up, use and maintain. The systems come with a 2 year guarantee. If necessary, system components can be ordered from the seller of the systems, both during the guarantee period and after it has ended.
